Sinclair, had been contacted several times by Cognitel's C.E.O. through an online network with the offer to earn money from home via a data entry operation. She repeatedly ignored these invitations and it was not until she accidentally stumbled upon Cognitel's webiste in late 2006 that she bothered to investigate the data entry opportunity. Upon discovering the many benefits to be had, Ms. Sinclair registered for the business and began operations on December 14, 2006.
The name SincoMart bears a shortened form of her own name (Sinco from the name Sinclair), while depicting her vision of creating a "mega-Mart" of products and services.
